(More customer reviews)Bought this a year ago. It is installed in my daughter's room, so it gets regular use, but nothing like it would get in a playground or daycare center. It has started to sag at the sides, and the spaces between ropes (the "rungs" of the ladder) are now too big for the kids to get over in one step. They can only go up the center. We're going to try to tighten up the sides, but it isn't simple.
