(More customer reviews)Don't think you can use this thing in Winter - when it gets cold outside, it stretches out and will probably fall off your bike eventually (along with whatever it was supposed to hold down). If you live somewhere that gets cold, just go ahead and get a few plain old bungee cords for half the price.
