(More customer reviews)I have tosay that jumping rope truly is a great way to get a nice work out in ,in a short amount of time and if your are involved in any kind of sporting activites like my self (Martial Arts) it also enhances your timing ,foot speed, endurance ,and overall balance, which will benefit any athlete. I have purchased many more expensive ropes in the past but for some reason I always find my self going back to this model. Besides the fact it holds up pretty well in all conditions(I jope rope outdoors on concrete often) it has weighted handles that can be removed if you want and the handles have just the right amt. of foam to be comfortable..also the rope moves well and even though this is the third time I have purchased this actual rope the ballbearing system has never failed on me even under heavy usage.For the price this is a great rope, that will give you a ton of workouts for a low price.
