I leave it attached to the truck bed and when it's not holding anything the tiedown straps tend to get loose and even detach from the tiedown points of the truck bed. I have secured one hook with a lock so if it does come loose at say 70 mph it at least won't fly out. Other than that it does serve it's intended purpose.
