(More customer reviews)We bought this clip on light for our 8 year old son, who loves to play "Army Man" or "Secret Agent" ... we thought this little gadget would be a nice addition to his camo fatigues that he got for Christmas. He opened the gift Christmas morning anxious to clip it on his hat so he can start saving the world. All to no avail. There were no instructions on the packaging, and while it came with a battery - it never worked. My husband even replaced the battery, just in case ... but a brand new one didn't help either. Hubby even took it apart to see if he could find the problem, but that didn't work either. Funny thing was, I almost bought another brand at a local sports store before I ordered this one ... but the store wanted four times the price of this one. I figured it was for an 8 year old who plays "hard", so the less expensive one won us over. All in all ... lesson learned, you get what you pay for.:(
