(More customer reviews)The magnets are quite small and hardly seem to make a difference.I think I could have gone with the less expensive non-magnetic belt and been ok. The belt is big so I'm not able to get the firm fit I wanted. If you are going for purely a sweat factor I guess the belt is ok but I find myself wearing another style belt to provide the added support I was seeking.
